Hi Melody!
This last batch of Young Unicorns has me wondering something regarding the way you paint your Zebra striping!
I know on a lot of the Zebras that you paint, you include the cool fishbone pattern on the back that is typical of mountain zebras:
And on some zebra striping that you do, I notice that the brown/black tip of the nose is often not connected to striping on their face. I was wondering if this is inspired by a certain breed of Zebra? I’ve tried looking it up but I can’t seem to find that variation in the wild. I figured it just may be a stylistic preference, but I figured it was worth an ask 🙂
