      I’ve owned both the stripey (now long gone) and the soft tan, and I have to say I like the soft tan much better. The stripey photographs better, and I assume the eye colors are the same, but to me the eyes look darker. My soft tan has light blue. The soft tan, in person, looks more natural where the stripey is very bold, in your face, sort of way.

        I must admit, I already have a brown griffin, but he looks NOTHING like this! I put a bid in in the begining, but it’s way out of my price range though. It’s really beautiful. One of the nicest I’ve ever seen on ebay.

            I like my tan one too. If I could get a stripey one for under $100 I might consider having two… but I won’t hold my breath.

              oh my gosh, I saw that one. WOW! I couldn’t belive it was at $300!! 😯 Dragon is right though, he’s the prettiest one on ebay. Did you see that someone snagged the exact same griff a few days ago for a BIN of $80? I think it was someone on the forum, lucky duck! I’ve already got a stripey one (not as dark and beautiful as that one, but stripey just the same) and boy am I glad I’m not in the fight for that one.
