Thank you so much to you and your staff for the flowers. I just got them today. Evey though there is a typo on the card and it says From Melody, and the folks at windatone, (no cap and a typo)I know it was from you. My organization that I hold title with right now hasn’t even contacted me to see how I am doing. I finally talked to our President tonight and she said we really aren’t that kind of group. We used to be but I guess that after I step down and really take a step back they will only be able to blame thenselves for losing one of the hardest workers they ever had. I wish I was stepping down this week. I’m ready to walk away but I only have 2 months left.

And DM, I’m appalled that your workplace hasn’t said or done anything. You said you were stepping down; is it connected to their lack of “humanness” or had it been planned?

Nope. All I did was ask him if he would be in town and relate the message to Melody for her. I did know what she had planned but I didnt pay or anything. That was all them.

I’m not even sure what sort of flowers they are but I think I will have to take them to work with me today. First so everyone at work can see them and 2nd to make sure my cats do not eat them or knock them over when I’m not here.
The title I’m in is only for a year I stepped up in July 2006 and step down in July 2007. My step down weekend is July 13th and 14th and after that I think it’s fianlly time to take a break. I have been doing all this charity work since 1991 and have not taken a break at all so I’m WAY over due. I need to start saving money too and it costs to go to all these events.
I thank you all for your kind words and thoughtsThank you but not much more to update. I’m supposed to get her ahses and death certificates this week some time. Work does not care nor does the organization I’m volunteering for. Things will get easier once I step down from this title and can get my life back together
