Yeah, it was a lot of fun, and I think we all had a blast! Yeah, the wig was a work in progress, but I may trim it up a little bit around the top. I’ll have to work on it a bit more, but it’s better than a lot of the wigs I’ve seen. My nephews were like, wtf when I dropped by my brother’s on the way home, mostly because of the wig, so I had to take it off (and take all the pins out of hair). The only thing I didn’t make or modify was the hakama (the sword I just repainted a little) and the tabi socks. I also need to alter the sandals a little more for comfort/traction (those things slide on smooth surfaces, like I’m on ice! Luckily, the chess board is made of foam. 🙂 ). I need to redo the sword guard and re-wrap it in lavendar (it came wrapped in a blue color). I know… I’m being anal about it, but I love my little Shiro-chan! 8) I won’t be retiring that cosplay for a few years at least. Drag0n’s and her boyfriend’s cosplays were equally as awesome! I think Shaun got more attention as Cobra Commander than Drag0n and I did combined!
I was also in a skit for the Masquerade as Hitsugaya the night before. I’ll post up a link later (I’m hoping to find a better one). It was based off of one of the Live Bankai Bleach musicals done in Japan (yes, live action), but with a very special catch. 😉 I’ll have pictures posted up by the end of the weekend for people to enjoy. Drag0n is having trouble uploading photos due to computer/internet issues on her end at the moment.
I’ve seen some of the live musicals on youtube. 😆 That was some seriously orange hair! ._O And that was the first thing that popped into my head… please say it’s a wig and you didn’t dye your hair. LOL!

Orange? Oh, you must be meaning for Ichigo in the Live musicals, since Hitsugaya’s hair is white. Nope. Just a wig. My hair is WAY too long to cut short and style for these cosplays! I did get to do a cosplay without a wig this year though, which was very refreshing!
