Well, the only thing that sucks about Ultimate is that about 4 DVDs into it, Geneon went out of business. So they’ve gotten MAJORLY held up on the rest of the releases! They are “supposed” to be coming out again eventually once the copyright crap gets all straightened out, but who knows how long that will take. *sigh* Some of their other titles have been coming back, so it must still be in the works. I’ll be really bummed out if the voice cast gets changed. It would be awful to have a different Alucard voicing the character!

OMG! pegasi! It is 10 times better then the original Hellsing! The animation is amazing & the overall story is much deeper! I LOVE IT & I HIGHLY reccommend it!
So glad somebody asked that, because I was going to. I was wondering whether to spend the money to get it or not. I enjoyed the first one a lot. Probably a good thing you live so far away from though Drag0n. I know you’d be contemplating getting my Windstones to come and visit 😛 but my anime collection would not be safe either. 😮 😆

I do believe that Geneon will be releasing all their incomplete works. I was mad because I was like 2 volumes away from the end of Kyo Kara Mayo?(can’t remember the last word) and it just stopped. They have since released it, of course I haven’t had time to watch it but I do own it when I get the time. I read somewhere that they were going to finish all their incomplete series. Although someone at Gencon last year had Hellsing Ultimate. …it might have been Funimation.

I know with Seirei no Moribito (Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit), Adult Swim showed episodes 1-10, but that is it, now it is off the air (indefinitely). Geneon granted them the TV rights to those episodes, then closed their US distribution branch right after. Media Blasters picked up the DVD rights, so those will be released (slowly it seems), but the TV rights reverted back to the production company, Production IG. That is where the hold up is now. The entire series is dubbed, but it’s on hold getting completed dubbed to the US until the litigation is fully resolved (I’m doing the main character from the series for part of the convention).
Oh, and I have great news drag0n! I just heard from the AB staff – I believe I am being upgraded to be a special attack as well! I’ll be going as Tōshirō Hitsugaya taicho from Bleach. *hehehehe*

I’m not sure that makes me feel any safer. Although I suppose about half of my collection does consist of ebay pieces and a brown lap 😆 , they would be pretty tempting.
I actually had to move my anime into DVD binders. It was taking up two walls and that was double stacked. You know I’d probably be loaded if I saved all the money 😆 I spent on Windstones and anime. But that wouldn’t be any fun XD .
