Today I was hired to teach two classes in the Fall at the University! Yay! That’s double the income for the fall (I need it!) I won’t be able to teach in the spring though, because I’m only allotted to teach 10 class credits per year and each of these classes is 4 credits (so that’s 8 in one semester). Very rarely are there 2 credit classes, so I probably won’t get one.
I’m going to be starting classes (taking them) for real estate – to get licensed to sell it – soon. I start on the 21st of this month. Hopefully, by January, I’ll be licensed, trained, and ready to go. Then I can have a possibly decent income while I’m waiting for teaching work. (And in between conventions.)

YAY for you!!!! 10, that’s a weird number, here or there (we usually have 3 credit courses). Oh well. *shrugs*
