OMG!!! 😯 😯 Go away for a few days & miss a LOT. Checked ebay first then came racing to the forum ’cause I knew there’d be a thread on her. Smaug’s colors! I want her sooooo much. Her price needs to skyrocket just so I don’t think I can bid 🙁

I’ve got $8,000 in student loan that just arrived that I need for next year’s term…but it’s just so darn tempting to use it! I’ve even got some extra sitting in the bank if I need it, but I know I can’t get further in debt for her. Anyone else want to finance my education for me? 😆

Possibly- it all depends on the artist. These are like the Labradorite griffins I’m doing. I’m only doing 4 males for now (3 for ebay, 1 for Melody). They will remain an ‘open artist’s edition’ so that if I ever want to make more in the future I can. I might not though. I just finished male #4.
I don’t know if Olimpia has done more than one SK like this. Melody asked her to do some other dragons in this color too, but nothing is guaranteed. There may only be this one. There may be 10 of them. The next one might be listed next week, or it might be 6 months from now. We just dunno! It’s all up to the artist.

My art: featherdust.comWent up to the factory on Wed to pick some stuff up and get the white ebay dragons “inspected”. Came in and about shat myself when I saw HER. ZOMG….Just…ZOMG She looks so much brighter in person, not quite as dark and menacing, but still gorgeous. And in the sunlight!!! Dear lord there are no words to compare.
And I’m sort of back, I won’t be into everything like I used to, but I’ll browse around and make my presence known! =P

If these are the same new eyes they were experimenting with when I visited the factory, they’re COOL – They reflect the light in the neatest way…very shiny and pretty! ^_^ But I’m a sucker for the shiney… She has done three others so far. I originally told her to aim to do ten, thought that isn’t a fixed number, and she may do more in the years to come.

I did break down and order a little something for myself today though, worth roughly 2% of what the SK will probably go for. It will be my consolation prize!
