We made these for snacks and they were great.We did fry them a bit much but oh well,still great!😊
Wonton wraps,egg yolk for sealing,cream cheese 1/2pk,a pack of imitation crab mix(or whatever meat you choose)scallion onion,garlic and mix.Smooth a little yolk around the edges of wrap,a small amount of mix in the center,take a corner across to the other corner(make a triangle) and press tip edges,take other corners and bring up to 1st press point and press them together carefully to make the “purse” and fry.Yummy good.
