I’ve never had much trouble figuring out who was who on ebay (unless they were someone who’d never won a Windstone before), scrambled names or not…I was kinda surprised you guys couldn’t tell who won and bid on this one.
I’m sure glad we have at least one person who can tell who’s who on E-Bay despite the scrambled names. I can’t anymore.
March 10, 2009 at 9:57 am #741820Ahh, Prairie Falcon griff!
WHYYYY are the auctions being listed (and therefore ending) so late? It’s going to make it MURDER to defend bids at that time. π

He seems to be a lil plain to me. Which plain is good. I am use to the others that were a lil flashy π
I think it’s the purple that throws me. π
Ah, how delightful. A Poadβ’~
Third from the right on the chorus line, and upper left corner on the mass pic. c.c…Cute.
Ouch! Nam’s Prairie Falcon Griff! I shoulda waited until April to sell the Kirin, lol. D:
I’m uncertain about the test paint kirin too. I want to like him, even though he’s less flashy, but there’s something about the purple interference and brown eyes that doesn’t work for me. π
That gryphon is just gorgeous! π

This is actually becoming a problem. The names are scrambled for a reason; both for security as well as to help prevent animosity between members. If you figure out who the scrambled names are that’s not something we can stop you from doing, but please don’t post here about it unless the other person doesn’t mind. Actually, I guess I need to make a more visible announcement about this.

My art: featherdust.comMarch 10, 2009 at 3:30 pm #741825Sorry, Jennifer. I just like knowing which bidder is which because I’m always curious to see if the piece went to someone I know. But I see what you mean by it being problematic.

It’s okay and I understand! But if the piece goes to someone we know, most of the time we hear about it here right? π Or even better, get photos….! π
Cause, we all like celebrating….

Huh…hadn’t thought about it. I don’t really care (anymore) if I get outbid. I figure they just wanted it more than me. Although I can see what you’re saying, because it was frustrating the first couple times I tried to bid and kept getting outbid. Me anger management issues… ..um..no :yes:Looking for Blue Fawn Baby Kirin

Because, I don’t have time to list them earlier. Are you on the east coast? I try not to list things past 7 Pacific time, but John wanted that griff up ASAP, and 7:30 last night was the soonest I could manage. (Well, regardless of what time I list something, the end time will always be inconvenient for someone out there).
March 10, 2009 at 9:28 pm #741829It’s not like I’m not “willing” to pay more for a piece I want…. I just don’t have any money. I would be more then willing to pay TONS more for them if I had the money *whimpers* Looks like I wont be winning any of these auctions any time soon.

Central time, but apparently I can’t read a clock. Don’t mind me. For some reason I was thinking the auction was going to end at 1:30 AM, not 9:30 PM.
I’ll shutup now…. and count my pennies. >.> π

March 11, 2009 at 12:40 am #741832Last tiger griff will probably be up after Jen’s griff ends. Sorry to have to torture you like that…

*chuckles* Ohhh, it’s no torture at all. Y’see, if the Prairie Falcon griff goes home with me, it leaves funds available for someone else to take that adorable tiger griff chick home with them. π
*glances around* Did that work? π
Hmmm… maybe I should try hypnosis. π
