I think the Spectral’s eyes look more like dead fish eyes than the dichroic ones. >.> *dodges tomatoes*

I actually like the dichroic eyes, just not on the laps. e.e; Someone said once that they only look good on dragons with deeper set eyes…I think that’s true.

oooh, I really love the kirin, and the lap too….though I think i may prefer the kirin of the two. 😛

Thats the first and last twilight lap we have, that I know of… Until Olimp paints more. And that’s not going to be anytime soon. She is still in CA, going to college or something.. Take the tv back, lol 😀

10 reasons Windstones are better than tvs:

1 – Windstones hold their value. The older a Windstone gets, the more it’s usually worth. Can’t say the same for most tvs.
2 -Windstones are always willing to listen to your complaints and woes with an open ear. Tvs just sort of, sit there.. Tvs dont even have eyes or ears, but that would just be freaky.
3 – Windstones look pretty 24/7. Tvs, only if a good nature show is on, or if you are really good at decorating (and even then, its only questionable at best).
4 – Windstones don’t melt brain cells, only wallets, and only once, unless you have a cat. Tvs, however, encourage the reckless purchase of other such novelties as “cable”, dvd players, dvds, surround-sound home theatre systems to listen to dvds with, PlayStations, games to be played on the PlayStation, game controllers to play the games with, and of course, replacements for all of these as they become outdated or as they begin to conk out 2 days after their warranties expire. This pointless waste of money is further compounded if you frequently watch the shopping channel or listen to commercials. Tvs are the first step in a vicious, repetitive cycle, and such cycles can quickly spiral out of control, leading to basements and closets that are packed to the breaking point with broken or old electronics, and all that stuff you bought off the shopping channel. The same might be said of Windstones if you are seriously addicted, but again, a windstone will hold its value. Most of that junk filling up your basement and closets would be lucky to fetch even $5 at a yard sale.
5 – A windstone never needs to be “censored”.
6 – The only parental control that a windstone needs is a high shelf and/or a good lock.
7 – Windstones will never make you feel depressed, worried, or scared, unlike Dateline, Americas Most Wanted, the news, and other such programs.
8 – Windstones come in “PYO” versions! Much more fun to paint than a tv…
9 – Windstones, if they are small enough, can be held and cuddled with ease, particularly those with conveniently curved shapes like the lap dragon, mother dragon, and curled/coiled dragons. Tvs, on the other hand, tend to be large, heavy, and square or rectangle in shape. Even the smallest television sets are far from ideal for cuddling.
10 – A Windstone never needs to be recorded. They are there for you whenever you need them and only when its most convenient for you. They adhere to your schedule.

I don’t like the eyes on the lap either… but I love that kirin!

I like the lap. Even with the dichoric eyes. I think she’s GORGEOUS with that color, but….. pocketbook says no (although $1000 bursary is telling me I’m tempted *waits for the poads*)

If you post a picture in the forum that is wider than a certain pixel width, it cuts off (at least it does on my mom’s laptop… it could be the screen display size… I’d have to get my laptop out – it’s a beast – I LOVE IT!). An example is the post of the line of poad butts in the forum thread (not in the gallery). A little slidebar doesn’t appear on the bottom of the screen to compensate. Is this what you are experiencing 2Huberts?
