I think I like the second one better. I like the deeper, richer colour.
I do too. It reminds me of the Brown Emperor Dragon.

I’m still trying to decide. While it is a nice castle, I’m not sure how much I like the “unfinished” aspects. 😕
Greater Basilisk wrote:And could you post up photos of your collection with tha OOAK castle you won last?
Mos def! I haven’t had a chance to get pictures yet (it only arrived last Friday), but hopefully I can get some pictures this weekend.
April 18, 2008 at 5:30 am #672117That would be great. As for the High Tower castle, I know it’s not my money, but I’d sure like to see you have it, just so you still have all the castles.

Nam, will you be making any more labradorite coileds and curlies? It depends on how well they do, and how soon Windstone gets casting set back up. They take longer to paint than other colors, because it’s hard to work with the white and keep it clean looking, so if they don’t sell well we can lose money on them. I have only 4 of each, so now I am down to only two blank curlies… and I won’t get any more to work on for several months, till casting is back in swing again.
I will probably do a male coiled to match. I don’t know when he will be done though, I’ve got a billion things to do (Windstone and otherwise!).
The coiled mama sold for $511 – that’s petty good, isn’t it? Please, please, please make another one. *puppy eyes*
April 18, 2008 at 11:40 am #672119it’ll be neat to see the male in that coloration. 😀 😀
April 18, 2008 at 9:59 pm #6721202huberts, you won the Lace Poad! Congrats! =D I decided to leave her alone and go for #6 instead. XD *high-fives* Good deal. Be sure to take pictures when you get her!

As it turns out, I was the 2nd highest bidder — the winner was the 2nd highest bidder in the Arch Castle auction! 😆

Actualy those eyes are really tricky! I had the two emperors together and notice that depending on the way they were set in they will seem different. Mine looks like green and goldish most of the time but #2 looks red most of the time and that was one aspect I did not like about it.
And the Copper Gold emperors are different in color. So I trully beleive this one is more golden then the others. 😉April 20, 2008 at 1:51 am #672125April 20, 2008 at 3:17 am #672126kitsunelady wrote:2huberts, you won the Lace Poad! Thank you, something about 4’s. Now I just have to wait for the #4 blue and Pearl tiger, then that’s it for a while. I have to pay the cc bills now. 🙄
April 20, 2008 at 6:12 pm #672127Wow… the Cinnamon Pearl Curlie sold for $501.00! 😯
That was only slightly less than the Serpentine Sun Dragon.April 20, 2008 at 6:14 pm #672128travistie wrote:Wow… the Cinnamon Pearl Curlie sold for $501.00! 😯
That was only slightly less than the Serpentine Sun Dragon.I know. 😯 That’s 10 times as much as the regular curled dragons go for!
