I was going to bid but saw how high it was going so decided not to get in the middle there. I hope the others are put up soon… They are adorable in real life.
July 23, 2010 at 3:15 am #792181Wowza! NICE looking Hippogryph candlelamp. I’m almost tempted to go for him, though I really try to stick to griffins (and three, okay four, dragon sculpts) …and some poads.
…and maybe a flapcat.
I with Melody would paint griffins in such eye-catching colors. Other than the cheetah ones, it’s been a lot of brown and grey.
Windstone collector in remission. 😉

I’m not sure which eyes I like best really, they’re both really nice with that paintjob, but I dont care for odd eyed pieces myself! :p
July 23, 2010 at 11:55 pm #792191I love that hippogryph! I am not one for a horse butt but the chance to have 2 eye colors! that means you can can one day be “I am feeling blue today” and switch him to blue. “I am feeling bright today!” and switch him again. I LOVE IT!
July 24, 2010 at 12:08 am #792192I don’t think you get two sets of eyes…I think you pick which you want before they send it…right? o.o;
Anyhoo, I wonder what he’d look like with brown eyes…I like brown. =)

That’s the same way I read it–I doubt they’d sent them unglued. 😕
I’m curious about brown as well, since neither the orange nor turquoise get me very excited. Doesn’t matter, I’m certainly not winning him! 😆
