With the abundance of Hotmail accounts, how would they know how many times you enter?
I only entered once, think I had a good suggestion, but really, how would they know if I had 20 different hotmail accounts and entered 20 times?
Not everyone is hones 🙄

They may have IP tracking turned on for entrants. It would be very easy to do. We have it on, here at the forum. 🙂
