    I have always called and reached wonderful people there. I am sorry to hear they are going to stop selling Windstones though. 😥

    I wonder if they were so inundated with emails and contacts responding to the sale that they had difficulty getting back to them all. I emailed them to ask about a discrepancy with my own order (I paid for a red fire mother and an em-pea riser and my account was only charged for the riser) but I never got a response, and today the riser arrived with a simple note on the paperwork apologizing and saying that they had already sold out of the red fire mom. I assume they’re just crazy busy with the clear-out sale that my email got spaced 😕
