*Not listening to what Jen says… la la laa la.*
Jen, art is personal. We like what we like. What some people like, others will hate. I’m not going to put still lifes and landscapes in my house no matter what “level” the artist may be. There are also some calibur fantasy artists that each person here probably doesn’t care for. We were asked who our favorites were, and we like your stuff, so you will just have to deal with that. 😛

I recently found out about Ellen June (from this forum, this actual thread!) and bought two of her sculptures already. They are on their way home to me… I cannot wait!! Her stuff is incredible. I’ll have to be careful though, I love too much of her stuff and my bank account is going to suffer, haha.
January 6, 2010 at 9:52 am #794565Money well spent. Good choice. I would like to have some of her stuff as well. It is all just so unique. They look so fragile though. I fear that I would break one easily. I would love to commission a phoenix from her, but it won’t be for quite a while. Must save more money. Maybe I could get another job.

I have one of her more recent pieces and trust me, they are more than sturdy enough for traveling via post.
