I can help you with a dispute if you like, DM. If you’re interested, then PM me. 🙂

Maybe another member here can provide you additional contact information on this seller (since at least one other member did business with them).
If you still get no response back then have a friend help you open a dispute with Paypal (I’d offer to help, but I’ve never done it!). Or maybe a member can walk you through the process. It’ll cost you $25 to open a dispute, but $225 is still much better than getting zero back.
Anyways, I’m really sorry. I don’t see how anyone can claim damage in shipping if it was in a zipped plastic bag and there was no pieces or powder. 🙁
When did paypal start charging for disputes?

I could have sworn they use to charge for opening a dispute (so I made the assumption they still do). But you act like you never heard of the fees so maybe that was Ebay who use to charge the $25…? Hmm… I’ll have to look into it. I hardly use PayPal now so I don’t pay attention to changes.August 15, 2008 at 3:53 am #728004It was paypal who charged the $25 and im pretty sure they still do. Sucks when you buy something thats less than $25 and the seller just doesnt send it.

I just looked, and in the Resolution Center of Paypal they give you 45 days to open a dispute, and one of the reasons for opening a dispute is “Item significantly not as described”. It said nothing about being for Ebay only transactions.
I’m not sure if it’s significanty off enough. I think all of us that got hurt in this should open any dispute we can to tell this person this is not acceptable
