I was thinking about her yesterday. She probably just got caught up in life. I remember her in the flea market not too long ago, but nothing since.
I’ve been curious about where she’s been as well. I worry a bit with her hobby, so maybe someone who keeps in touch with her will alleviate my concerns.
GB is Greater Basilisk and one of her hobbies is riding a motorcycle along the roads in Switzerland. Another hobby is drawing. She posted some stuff to her DA account in mid-July.
GB is okay. She’s just busy with her “Beastie” on weekends and work during the week. I’ll let her know everyone is asking about her. 😉

I’m sorry I just disappeared off the face the forum like that. Star’s right – my weekends and evenings are full of motorcycle, and during work I’ve got less time than I used to to hang around the internet.
I was gone a lot in July on all sorts of tours. But aside from that, my interest in Windstones, I confess, has waned. I still find them beautiful, but all the OOAK and LE and LP pieces that are swamping the market now are overwhelming. They got me started looking for original, OOAK art instead of collectors’ items. All the travel I’m doing takes money, as do my machines, and there’s a possibility I’ll be moving to my own place soon, so buying Windstones is a thing of the past for me. I still check E-Bay for the latest special pieces, though, just because they’re so pretty.
I don’t believe I’ll go back to my old 20-posts-a-day presence here on the forum, and you won’t see me on here much any more. Not to complain, but the forum has changed quite a bit from when I first joined, and most of the “old crew” are gone or barely around. It’s grown and become harder to keep track of; probably part of the reason I decided to back out. Still, I’ve made a lot of great friends through this forum and I believe I have the e-mail addresses of all of them, so we can still keep in touch.

I bet if I made a little ‘secret’ area and ‘put’ some people in it, all these furry little old crew posters would reappear in a hurry 😀

Nice to hear from you GB! I know your feelings but I hope you will still pop in every once in a while.
I was wondering where you went too! I completely understand where you’re coming from, but I am glad that you will still be around every once in a while. 🙂
