Discussion about what constitutes a small town in Melody’s “Crime Report” thread brought this to mind.
So where were you born and grew up?
This is mine (born and lived there until my mid-twenties):

Born and grew up here:

https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Schuylerville,_New_YorkWas reading the wiki page and can’t believe that writer actually went into the mini mart. Almost NO ONE used the mini mart. Half their food was out of date, including their candy and it was dirty. *blech* That’s why it hasn’t existed in YEARS. 😉 Only went in there once as a kid and ewwww. The small grocery store in town is better. Guess it gave the woman who ran it something to do? *shrug* The town has much improved since the 90’s (thankfully!). My house is pretty old (well over 200 yrs old).
Victory Mills (just up the road) is even smaller with under 600. 🙂 Lots of small villages and hamlets in the area.

My home town (Andover, SD) was a population of 91 as of the 2010 census. 😉
January 10, 2012 at 8:06 pm #868782SD is in the top five least populated states. Not sure that’s fair to count it. 😛
