I love knick knack stores, feed stores, craft stores, candle shops, antique stores, furniture stores, garden and pond stores. I hate clothes shopping. My wardrobe consists of jeans and t-shirts.
My worst horror is shoe shopping, which is why my shoes are falling off my feet! 😆
      I also like hardware stores.

Oh! Garden stores. Okay, I really like those too.

Do you have a favorite store you like to go to? or do you not like to shop? Im a Bed Bath and Beyond person myself. I like Peir One, too, but its pricey…

I am not a typical shopper. We all dress in rags, each owns one pair of shoes and we eat out several times a week to avoid grocery shopping. My favorite place to shop is in China town, here, in Los Angeles, but all I ever buy are toys. I avoid pet stores the way a recovering alcoholic avoids a bar. I did recently go into a Buy Mart in Corvallis and gawked at the towels. They didn’t have those dangley tatters on the edges! I forgot new towels don’t have those. Someday I will buy a towel rack too. Last year, our big purchase was a new shower curtain.

Oooh you eat out alot? Whats your favorite restaurant? I adore Olive Garden and Applebees.

We eat in local ethnic places. We have a huge Thai community here so it is usually Thai food. Also known as Thigh food.

I like art supply stores too. Those are fun!! Is there any good points of interest by the new factory? Is the new factory in a busy place or a quiet town?

I have to be in the mood to deal with the public… there are days I don’t mind going to a store and there are days I just don’t want to go… lol

I love the Thai food too! We have a little place here called Och-a that is pretty good!

Shopping in malls etc is not really my thing…I do most of my shopping on line and at grocery stores..LOL
Oh but there is a small collectables store my by house that I do do visit once every two weeks, they ahve some neat stuff in there.. 😀
As for what I eat…well I’m Polish so I LOVE home made Pierogies.. 😆 We also like thai and chenese food in the winter and BBQ’s in the summer… 😀

I hate going to the mall…I won’t go unless I take my kids as a treat. I do 99% of my shopping online. When you can grocery shop online and have it delivered, I’ll be on board with that! I too, wear clothes that I’ve had for years….my style is my own and it doesn’t change much.

I am in the process of cleaning out my clothes. Lots went to my daughter and the rest are going to charity. I like shoes, but I like boots, better.

You are the only one that loves shoes Em. I just pulled out a pair at the beginning of winter last year, my bf asked when I’d gotten new shoes and I actually couldn’t remember. We’ve sent two garbage bags full of shoes and handbags to Goodwill. And eight bags of clothes.

I love a good bookstore, I can spend hours just wandering. And art supplies…no wonder I don’t have any money. 😉

                  THIGH FOOD 😆 😆
We love ethnic food. There’s a restaurant near us called the Spicy Thai. It’s great. Also a wonderful Indian restaurant in Little Five Points in Atlanta. Don’t remember the name off hand.
My husband loves to cook Indian food when he has the time. Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, it’s all good.

There are lots of neat places in Corvallis, however no real art supply stores! The only really delightful craft store closed. thppp. I’m gonna miss it. The real gem is the “book bin” which is a glorious huge used book store. Since Corvallis is a vet college town there are lots of used technical books on, say, sheep health, swine anatomy, bee biology etc. as well as the usual art coffee table books.

Two places you can not let me loose in…an art supply store, and a bookstore…I can’t seem to escape either one without spending at least $50…last week I actually managed to get out of Michael’s for under $35…I was proud of myself. LOL!

okay, so I LOVE to shop. Any stores, any malls, even if I don’t have any money to spend I love to just go and look at all the clothes and shoes and purses! and jewelry! I can go by myself and try things on, but I like to go with someone else so I can get feedback on the weird things I try on and I like to help other people shop ^^. I like to go to furniture stores and dream of a big house with lots of furniture, I love to go to book stores and look at all the books I haven’t read yet (new books paper smell 😀 ) I like to go to shoes stores and clothes stores and ART STORES. All the stuff in the art stores makes me want to try everything! I saw a wood burning kit in Michaels recently that I’d love to try. And a wood carving kit too, that would be neat. I work at a department store in the jewelry department so I’m looking at pretty baubles all day, or clothes all day and it just makes it that much harder not to buy something! Antique stores are the greatest places to walk into because you never know what you’ll see or find. The sad thing about it all though is my mom used to have to drag me shopping when I was in highschool, I had no interest at all and she basically picked out what I wore because I hated shoppiing for clothes. She dragged me all over the place. Now that I Love to shop she doesn’t have time to go shopping anymore and when she makes time, she doesn’t invite me along.

I am a big scrapbooker. 😀 I can spend hours in a Michaels just looking at the different types of cardstock and die cuts. hehe I love to go to the windstone stores in Tombstone. They have a gorgeous ruby oriental I love to look at. My favorite place to eat is the new Texas Roadhouse we got here. Their steaks are so good! 😀 **licking lips…getting hungry**

I love shoes, too, Emerald! I take after my dad for that… my mom gave me her love of baskets! So I’m also proud when I only buy what I actually came in for at Micheals.

I buy clothes in binges. I have to be in the mood to try stuff on.

I enter Chapters at my wallet’s risk. There’s the bookstore in Montréal that specialises in French comic books – boy, I’m a threat in there!

IKEA! I love IKEA. They have all these awesome stuff and ideas.

I don’t like Wal-mart, though, there’s always so many people there. I go to Zellers most of the time, Home Outfitters and Home Sense.

I don’t like to spend a lot of money on stuff, so I avoid malls; the boutiques are just too pricey. Windstones are the only thing I buy “expensive”.

Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

Well, those should make interesting additions to your library. It’s hard to resist fun books like that!!! 😆
