So I was messing around with a few pieces the other day, taking photos for soon-to-be ads since my muffler decided to finally give out and now I need to compensate for its rudeness. I was photographing this tanzanite curlie at different angles and managed this beauty.
From this angle, curlies suddenly have a much greater appeal to me. I kind of wish they’d been carved with intention to stand up like this, giving it a bit of an egg-shaped profile, sleepy eyes shut, wing droopily folding over its globe like a child cuddling its teddybear.
I couldn’t help but share because I think it’s just too cute! Anyone else have a candid moment to share?
