That’s what I told the person who I had trouble with, but they wouldn’t pull their item. Ebay had to do it. Fortunately, it was an Ebay copyright issue, so they did it.
eBay will pull the auction if John complains about it, as he is the copyright owner. He should also sign up on eBay for VERO rights. It will make things much easier for him to get action.
The problem is reporting the listing with enough time for eBay to investigate the complaint. People that bootleg movies and cds have gotten smart – they run short auctions, so they are closed before eBay can pull them. eBay can still throw them off, but I have seen people make some quick cash before this happens.
Also she needs to have it made completely clear that she can NOT paint enything else to look like an original Windstone
I just realized something else. She must have changed her eBay user ID to what it is now. It was something different when she was selling the other PYOs a few months ago, if I remember correctly.

It’s like…”Here’s your sign” or something. *shrugs* I did what John asked and took all pics and whatnot off my photobucket and hence it won’t be on the forums (just of the one PYO). Which is fine with me. 😀 It really is for my enjoyment anyway! 😉
(It’s kinda like sending a link of a site to someone before looking at it first and finding out you sent a lady’s kinky sex clothing site link to them instead!! 😯 entirely embarrassing no matter how you look at it. Especially when its a member of the opposite sex. 😕 )

Yea, she used to sell alot of jewelry I noticed. Before I met her I was curious of her griffin she had and wondered if she ever sold any PYOs before and her seller name was changed just basically to reflect what she was selling at the time. No harm I guess, but the name now is a bit misleading. I thought it was another Windstone employeed painter the fisrt time I saw it. I’m sure she meant no harm.

I was just too lazy to try and match up the colors and before I knew it I had lots of different colored ones and no more to paint! LOL
