Whatever Happened to the White and Blacklists?

Hey guys. I was wondering if someone could link me to the seller whitelist/blacklist. I like to peek at it before I buy from people or businesses just to get an idea of what I’m in for, but I haven’t been able to find them lately.

Found it at the bottom of pg 3 in general windstone. Wonder if it could be made a sticky under same heading of general windstone. Thank you wampus and dragonmedley . Much appreciated. Who do we ask about making things a sticky?
