You should def sell it to DDVM. You should specify time for payment in your auctions, though. New folks just wont know and if you dont specify, you dont have a leg to stand on. That is too long to wait for payment though. How silly.

Oh good grief–it takes all kinds! Please leave her Negative Feedback. If this how she handles her first auction, (assuming that since her FB is 0 she hasn’t been to ebay before) then she doesn’t belong on ebay. I, as a Seller would not like to deal with this type.

If you detect an attitude here, you are correct, as I have had to deal several !@#$%^&! over the past few years. 🙄

Also, I agree with everyone who suggested revising your auction policies.

      Good Luck!

I agree. Leave her a negative feedback.
If she leaves you negative in return, it’s not such a big thing since most people will read that it’s a retalitory feedback and not worry about it.
        Good luck!

Wow, it really does take all kinds huh?? It is unreasonable to think a seller would hold an item that long. I think I read somewhere on ebay that any auction was to be paid within 30 days or considered null and void. If she does leave you negative feedback, I would absolutly return the favor stating Buyer expected 30-45 day payment terms. In the future you should include what your terms are, whether they are 3 days, 7 days or 10 days. Whatever seems reasonable to you, tho I think for most folks paying within 3 days is typical. I also restrict people with 0 feedback. I actually had a fraudulent bidder win an auction with negative feedback, meaning -1….After that I set buyer requirements. Ebay can be great, but it can also be a nightmare.
