Why can’t people write proper throttling search bots? I mean, this was Yahoo for crying out loud. Things like this really @#$@ me off. I end up with a huge server that does nothing but indexes a search engine. Then I have to complain, which does nothing, and I end up having to just block them completely.
Google is the only one now that has proper webmaster configurable tools.
I think he had to take it off-line to throttle the bots. It probably was too gory for us to watch!! 😯 😆
