Wow, this is a really cool site! I had no idea Melody had other stuff posted on there. I really liked looking at her sketches. That paint unicorn is just sooooo beautiful! And those little test paint gothic unicorns are just gorgeous too. I would love to see the gothic unicorns come back in colors like that. I never got a chance to own one, but I would definitely buy them if they did come back. The rhinestone collar adds just the perfect touch to them. :squeak: :squeak:

Nam-Is the gothic unicorn going to be produced again sometime? I have never had the chance to own one either, and I would definitely buy one if it did come out again!

Also, p-pp-p-p-pp-w-w-we-e-a-a-a-s-s-s-e-e put the grand pegasus on the front burner. *Do you see my puppy face?? 🙁 😉 That is so beautiful, and I have only seen it in plaster! I can only imagine what it would be like in it’s final form! You know that Pheonix and I really want one! Right Pheonix? 😀

Goodness, I have no idea. That is Melody’s department! You’d have to ask (and squeak) at her for those.

EEEeee! I’m so glad I’m in good company – I HATE the original hatching dragon (though I love the big hatchers – the emperor, empress and kinglet – I want them in every color) I think the little hatcher is hideously ugly…
And I also really dislike the spectral eyes…though I’ve grown rather fond of the rising spectral despite his icky eyes…

There’s nothing I don’t want in production, though – if things get produced that I don’t like, it means I can have a breather and save up some money for the things I DO want! 0_o I feel like I’ve been scrambling to keep up with the limited production pieces I want for a long time….

I feel the same about the hatchers. Love the big ones, but could do without the little one. I want to see them in Ruby badly. I’d just about kill or a Riser in Black and Gold as well. I also LOVE the anthro lady!!!!! I want one =)

I love Poads, but I don’t know if they would be popular in production. Not many people appreciate them like we do, but you never know. I also think the limited curlies are a big hit too, but I feel selfish for sayig so cause they would probably be great sellers since they are pretty affordabe for people who can’t collect many Windstones.

To be purely selfish though I want the white spectals to not go into production as well as black emerald peacock old warriors. 😈

Let’s see…I don’t really like the original hatching dragons. I agree with the big ones being lovely, but I really don’t like the little ones at all, and have sold the ones I have even though I no longer have a complete Emerald set because of that. I’d love to see them resculpted.

And having recieved my Violet-Flame fledgeling, I can say I do not like them for a production color. They are pretty, but not at all to my tastes. The blue antiqueing looks rather strange. My friend took one look at the little fledge and said the word “pimp”. 😕 Maybe an all violet and purple dragon…I’d love that, or bvp, or silver, but not the violet flame.

and I actually do not like the large father pegasus. He looks angry.

But other than that, I absolutely adore windstones and have far too many…but no intentions of stopping.

Actually, if sold in retail, the retail markup (on top of the price you guys pay for them direct) might push them well into the “I can’t afford that much for something that small!”. So it’s good they are limited production, factory direct!! 🙂

Thank you I do not like most of the Spectrals either as stated before but the one I got for my birthday is very nice. It has the clear eyes instead of the strange reflective eyes

Frozen and I where each given one for our birthday last month at the Factory. I was picking up SK#2 the Green and Gold and several curlie dragons. I have no idea how it happened. Frozen posted a piture some where. I can’t remember the entire discussion about them

They were mistakes in the fact that the black that was supposed to be painted behind the eyes was forgotten. I think I remember reading the first batch of white spectrals that were available in the Windstone store had the same error as well. The ones in the store didn’t have the special paint that Frozen and DM had on their’s though.

you are correct Frozen and I are the only 2 to get the special invisible rainbow paint. It looks GREAT in the sunlight BTW. I did not know about it until a couple days later

I don’t care for the VF, although I’ve only seen pictures, so maybe I’m not getting the proper effect. It just looks too garish for me (lol the pimp comment, that’s it exactly). But then, if I won the lottery I’d buy the factory a batch of old green paint, just so that I could buy what I really wish for- and several people have mentioned their dislike for that color, think it’s too bland.
I wouldn’t go for the anthro wolf- absolutely lovely work, but I don’t care for any human influence in artwork (my biggest problem with some McFarlane and Enchantica pieces is they have people or buildings in them). I like my things to look like wild animals, and have a misanthropic streak, so…
If it were a PYO, I can see getting one to paint and sell, though.
Thr hippogriff is handsome, but I propbably wouldn’t get him either. I go for the dragons (would love the slender black dragon and the garden dragon!).
