AHA, yes I DO know what it is. It is an old green Emperor. I have one here and am now comparing it to the photo. Mine isn’t nearly as Peacocky as that one but the color pattern is the same. On mine the green shows through the peacock a little more. Mine has only a small amount of gold on the wing ribs, and has orange eyes and purple jewels.
