what is my windstorm dragon worth

Hello I bought this at a yards ale and I am curious as to what it is worth. It is a silver male dragon with diamond like swarsoki crystals on his nose area with yellow eyes. Has Pena ’86 on the side, near bottom.

I’m curious about the yellow eyes. The silver Windstone dragons have blue eyes and blue gems. White Windstone dragons have yellow eyes and clear gems.

There also are special non-production pieces. The value would be significantly higher if you happen to have one of the two Graphite dragons sold on ebay in 2008 (photo from ravnheart database), or another unique piece.
