What do you guys think of plastic (Cosmetic) surgery?

I think plastic surgery is wonderful.
I would like to get hair plugs all along my arms like a fringe. I would like to have glow-in-the dark breast implants. It would also be tasteful to have jewelry that is implanted, so it only shows up on a mammogram. Little smiley faces, or peace signs or something.
Plastic surgery opens the mind to wonderful possibilities… then I think about Micheal Jackson…

Glow in the dark breasts….hhmmm sounds like an entirely new fetish. Internal jewelry would make cremation much more interesting. Of course when I go I want to be packed full of fireworks and shot out of a cannon.
