Whenever NCIS is on USA it is on the TV. Tuesdays is NCIS (New season). Then there’s always Fmaily guy from 10-11pm central on CTN and followed by Robot Chicken! (Don’t feel bad Drag0n! 8) )
House is also on USA and gets attention, along with the new season shows…Then there is always something on Mediacom on demand…LOL Fired Up Unrated, and Sex Drive Unrated must have been rented atleast 100 times each! XDJune 4, 2010 at 5:53 am #816404My DVR is perpetually full. XD
I have iO Digital Cable Service, so I get to watch movies on demand as well, including “IFC in Theaters.”
June 5, 2010 at 4:56 am #816405OverHaulin, Mythbusters, AFV, Family Guy, The Simpson’s, …
June 5, 2010 at 8:12 am #816406GLEE!!!! And I am diggin Undercover Boss, Biggest Loser, and Dancing with the Stars. Bones is cute, too.
June 7, 2010 at 8:18 pm #816407These used to be this show on The Discovery Channel called “Movie Magic” when I was a kid. It absolutely captivated me as a child — especially when they covered Stan Winston creature effects or horror movies that I was definitely too young to watch. 😆
(This was long before the existence of DVDs and their delightful bonus features, of course)

My favorites as a kid had to be old Warner’s Bugs Bunny cartoons, the Beetlejuice animated series, Ren and Stimpy, and Rocko’s Modern Life. 8)
My favorite Disney films at that time were Bambi, Dumbo, Beauty and the Beast, and The Lion King. Did you know that there might be a sequel made to Who Framed Roger Rabbit?June 9, 2010 at 1:05 am #816410AnonymousZephyr wrote:Perhaps I should start a thread on favorite childhood shows/cartoons. Then you guys would probably love the comics I posted in my “Hilarious Webcomic” thread under “General Art Discussion.” They sort of evoke Adult Swim to some degree. 8)Poems wrote:::singing:: Lookit this stuff – isn’t it neat? Wouldn’t you think my collections complete? <—hmmmm………

I had some Casper the Friendly Ghost cartoons on video cassette as a child believe it or not, and I used to to watch Road Runner cartoons on Saturday mornings. I’ll bet my mom would know all about the shows you mentioned… 🙂June 12, 2010 at 2:09 am #816413PaperCut wrote:Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood (anime)

House Hunters…that’s about it. o.o *doesn’t watch much TV any more*
I watch Hoarders too (just discovered it actually) But…is it bad that I watch it not to gawk at others but beacause I can relate? LOL Im not *THAT* bad and most of my hoardes aren’t junk….but Ive been trying to thin it down in prepapration for a *POSSIBLE* move in October.
Ive never watched most of the shows you guys have mentioned…House, 24, NCIS etc. I LOVE How I Met Your Mother. A friend of mine got me hooked and I got my boyfriend hooked. We quote lines all the time and people look at us like we’re loony 😈 “Its gonna be LEGEN…wait for it….and I hope you’re not lactose intolerant because the second half of that word is….DARY!” lol Ive got all 4 seasons on DVD and season 5 recorded (its the current one)
Um….
How I Met Your Mother
Good Eats
Mythbusters
Price is Right
Max and Ruby
Most anything on Animal Planet
Fraiser
Courage the Cowardly Dog
Sponge Bob Squarepants
The Golden GirlsCancelled Shows
Witchblade (OMG DID ANYONE watch this when it was on?!)
The Adventures of Pete and Pete (just got it on DVD the other day! EEEE!)
Third Rock from the Sun
The Wonder Years
Reruns of old 90’s shows like Full House, Family Matters, Home Improvement, Fresh Prince of Bel Aire

Me! Me! I also watched Birds of Prey when it was on. Both of those series were much too short.
I haven’t really watched many “current” shows as the TV is often on Disney or Nick Jr for Gavin, but when I did watch TV it was things like: Angel, Babylon 5, Birds of Prey, Buffy, Charmed, Dresden Files, Heroes, Highlander, Pretender, Quantum Leap, Sanctuary, Supernatural, Witchblade…hmm can you sense a theme here?
Don’t even get me started on childhood shows. Child of the 80s here who is loving the fact that most of them are released on DVD now. I’d rather Gavin watch them than some of the shows that are on now.
June 12, 2010 at 2:58 am #816415I’m doing an Angel marathon now. On season 3…

My cousin introduced me to this and other Cartoon Network shows when I was young. (I used to watch Nickelodeon exclusively as a kid)
WolfenMachine wrote:The Adventures of Pete and Pete
This was so twisted — loved it!!
WolfenMachine wrote:The Wonder Years
Awww, I watched reruns of this briefly when I was about nine or so.

Whoa! No one ever mentions this! I forget which channel this was on, but it was part of some fantasy lineup, and I think after that came some storybook series. Oh! Hee hee, I just had a flashback — The Noozles. 😆

My cousin was obsessed with Buffy for a while. It’s funny, I was never into vampires until I saw True Blood — now I’m hooked. I’ll be watching episodes 5 & 6 of the second season tonight.
So addictive!!
