Well this year is already having it’s ups and downs in such a short time!
I’ve been home all week with Ash. She’s got a knarly infection going on in her cheek. The whole side of her poor face looked like a balloon! The abcess finally opened today. It looked like she was leaking cottage cheese out of her cheek. Gross! She’ll be fine now that it’s open though. They are thinking MRSA, but the antibiotics will take care of it.
Frodo placed 4th overall in the southwest region and tied 9th/10th in the nation 😮 I’m so proud of him!
I got into a car accident and while the guy’s car who rear-ended me was smashed in, my car had a scratch on the bumper. Gotta love Mercurys! I got quite a jog, but I think I’m fine!
Got a raise and found out my husband’s big contract may be coming to an end this year. We’re confident he can get in somewhere else in the county though and may be able to take him off my insurance which will be a huge bonus!
We’ve got our first pony party coming in April. If the girls do well, we’ll start advertising and make some extra $ that way.
My health has got something weird going on and my Dr thinks it’s anxiety. It’s not, but because all the blood tests and EKG and CAT were normal, I must be mental. It’s frustrating. I’m thinking it will either go away or get worse. At which point we can figure out what’s going on. If there are any good doctors on the forum… PM me! 😀
Anyhow, I’m just really excited to see what else happens this year! I’m especially happy with how Frodo is doing and keeping my fingers crossed that he continues doing well so he can come home and make babies! 😀
Anyhow, jsut wanted ot fent and celbrate :shrug: 😀I’ll celebrate with you. 😀 It’s great that Frodo placed so well, and I hope Ash recovers speedily. Poor pony! Congrats on the raise, and good luck to your hubby!
