I thought you were actually hunting….Blame it on being crazy over homework, but what happened to the leg in Jen’s picture? I don’t see where it would be covered with know, it looks photoshopped to me

It’s stepping onto a plowed road(?), so its back leg is still in a snow drift on the edge of the road (does that make sense? It’s tough to see..)
Hey Jen I hope you don’t mind…I lighten up your picture so we can see the deer better. Unfortunatly because the pic was taken when it was getting dark we can see noise in the darker areas.
Those are all really terrific shots! I knew you were talking about pictures when I saw the original post, and was like, okay, where the hell are the pictures, you tease! LOL! But I didn’t want to say it just then, and give it away that you were messing with people. But I know you, so didn’t fall for it. *evil grin*

It’s called getting meat that was not raised in a stock-yard, and meat that has a carbon-neutral impact on the earth. Something that can’t be said of any of the animals we typically get meat from currently – especially cows. Give me a free-range deer over a cruelly treated stockyard animal any day of the week.

Hopefully you’ll get to see me in September with my first (dead) deer…
