and yes, you do have an army to scatter those little wonderthings everywhere… 😆
I like this slogan.
As for a name, what about a combination of “Paper” and “Dragon” in Japaneese. Isn’t there someone here who might know what that word or words would be? 😀February 2, 2009 at 6:21 am #750423Jasmine would know, I’m sure.
February 2, 2009 at 7:28 am #750424There are lots of word for paper. Though since you’re talking about origami, I’d say ‘kami’ or ‘washi’. ‘Ryuu’ and ‘tatsu’ are the most common words for dragon. I couldn’t tell you if they’d change when combined though (which can happen).
Honestly, if I were to ask a local what to call it as a whole (which I meant to do today at my nail appt!, but forgot), they’d likely say ‘origami dragon’ (not even using a Japanese word for dragon)… or worse, ‘paper dragon’ (peepaa doragon)… which is just not as imaginative as is probably desired in this case. They can be wildly descriptive sometimes, but often they’re really not.
Personally, I think scatterling is cute… though scatterdragon is more self-explanatory for the finders who have no idea what Windstone is…. I know, I’m no help…
