      Those sound like perfectly reasonable repair policies to me. Hopefully the Peacock Sun Dragon’s mommy will get back to you soon so he can go home. I’m sure he misses her.

        Very fair and upfront. Make sure to direct any new or repeat customer to your policies so that they understand and agree to them before you begin any transaction or repair process. 🙂

        Will do! I tried to keep it simple. I think I mentioned repair fees don’t include shipping about three times, which I think was important.

        I’m also happy that no one thus far thinks I need to add anything…hopefully that means I’ve covered everything…I sure hope so!

          I was just reading threw the post and I thought to myslef, why would they not get in touch with you? You know what happened with me, but even though I was SUPER busy when I did check my email I got back to you right away. I can not wait to get my little hatcher, I am sure that he will be happy to be home! Thanks again Kyrin for even offering this service, as for some reason our babies will always need a little extra TLC from time to time. 🙂

          I have been getting email bouncebacks for the otyher gal, so I think she is having internet issues, so since I don’t have her phone number I am going to send her a letter letting her know I need to hear from her so her dragon can come home. So this should be resolved soon as well. It is one of the reasons I added phone number as part of the requirement for doing repairs, so that if the internet communications link is broken, I can still call and make arrangements to get dragons back home.
