Hi everybody! I was wondering if anybody had a cheap old warrior dragon. The ones on the windstone website are like 270.00!!! 😥 Wow. So, if anybody has an old one that could go to a good home… I’m right here!!! 🙂 Also, a gold old warrior! Cheap too!!! :hi: Okay never mind guys. I got a dragon.
April 19, 2009 at 10:34 pm #760463You’re best bet is to find one that’s a bit dinged up to get a cheap price. $270 is the going rate for any new old Warrior and even more so if you want a retired one. The new colors on ebay average out to about $250-$270 too once you tack the shipping on.
I eventually broke down and bought one at store price and they’re so worth it! They’re so big, heavy, and sparkly pretty!!! 😆
Hang in there though, maybe someone will have a chipped one you can scoop up for a good price! 🙂

Indeed. There are also sellers that do offer layaway, if that is an option for you. http://www.emeraldsemporium.com and http://www.astralcastle.com offer it. Both are run by forum members (emerald212 and Castle Dave respectively). I have ordered and used layaway with both and can recommend them through personal experience. 8)
April 27, 2009 at 11:07 pm #760465Arrr. There’s one selling for 90.00 on Ebay but I don’t want to buy off of there.
April 28, 2009 at 1:04 am #760466I like when things say like “Perfect condition!” ….. except some small chips 🙄
…and 9.99 shipping sounds like a bad accident waiting to happen. I’d be a little afraid too.

I always ask questions before I bid.
1) I ask for a detailed description — if they thoroughly describe it, I will bid what I think it’s worth. If they are vague and all they tell me is, “It’s in good condition.” I usually leave it alone. :nea:
2) And of course, how will it be shipped. No point bidding if it’s not going to get here in one piece. 9$ shipping? No thanks! And be vary of FREE shipping… they are probably taking the cheap route! :negative:
April 28, 2009 at 3:51 am #760468What bayoudragon said is good advice, Laura. Always ask questions if you’re not sure. It’s your right as buyer to be informed. I personally agree with you, Laura: I don’t like buying Windstones on e-bay either.
April 28, 2009 at 3:51 pm #760469I loved buying off ebay! But, being wary of how much is charged fr shipping is a small part indeed. I had 2 come banged up, but the packing was substandard. They were large pieces too. But the sweet deal on price made them worth fixing up! 😀
April 30, 2009 at 12:27 am #760470I’m getting a pyo from Zelda!!! 😀
