November 23, 2011 at 4:54 am #863474We just got back tonight. What a stressful trip home. It poured rain all the way. We had a great time though. Well worth the trip. I don’t think I took as many pictures as I expected to. Too busy looking and talking. 🙂 I’ll try to get pictures posted tomorrow. I did bring a few goodies home. 🙂

November 24, 2011 at 12:14 am #863567Boy, getting all these photos downloaded, re-sized, and loaded to Photobucket is taking forever! So, here’s a few photos of what I brought home with me for now. We really had a good time. Got to tour the factory, watch some of the painters at work, lusted after a number of pieces that I would love to have. Had lunch with John and Melody. Russ got to play some guitar with John. I spent some time with Chessie inspecting pieces. I ended up buying an Emerald Peacock Fledgling that I inspected, applied his felt bad, and packed him up to take home. I also picked up the GB Young Poad that I ordered. It turned out to be everyone’s favorite at the factory. I love it, and it won’t be for sale or trade. 🙂 The last thing I brought home was a surprise and I absolutely love it. You’ll just have to scroll down to see what it is. 🙂
