Okay so the cat is out of the bag and you all know now I have started marbling PYOs of all sorts! Since they haven’t really gotten too much attention and I am still desperate for more PYOs to experiment on I am sweetening the deal up a bit!

Now Instead of four PYOs, send me THREE PYOS, either Kirins, Small Dragons, or Keepers (in any combination or any eye color) ONE of which you send me will be the PYO I return to you marbled. You can pick your colors, but I cannot guarantee how it will look. Marbling is completely random and impossible to pre-determine how the pattern will look until the process is completed)

So basically, to simplify it, this will only actually COST you the amount of TWO BLANK PYOs in the end plus shipping them to me and I will ship your finished PYO back to you! 🙂

Well, either that or next time they are inthe store someone could always order them and have them shipped to me too.

I would also accept 2 kirins and a keeper, 3 kirins and a pyo wolf, griffin, unicorn, dragon or even a muse as well. A muse might be cool to try this on too 😀 Eye colors don’t matter, but a wide array would be nice just so I can have some more options.

I have one Kirin I am going to test this on as soon as I have all the things I need, but I need a day or two to get the rest of the supplies together. It’s all household stuff I need for this idea, but it’s all so hardly used products that it’s actually hard to track down these days in retail stores. LOL! The hardest thing to find it the special paint I will need. I’m thinking I might make a trip to the old ceramic studio my mom used to run and see if we still have some of what I need in storage. 😀 Hopefuly it’s not all dried up or I’ll have to special order it from somewhere. Just WHERE is the question. Not even Dick Blick has them anymore. Bah! I can probably make my own, but it’s a royal pain.

I actually just got back from our old studio and I found about a 15 pound box of the paints I needed. Now it’s the long sit to go through each jar and make sure they are still salvageable.

EEP! I’m so excited! I’m gonna at least do one on Friday I’m hoping. I won’t be able to finish it till I get some of my commissions out of the way, but I want to test how the paint will react to gypsum. It used to work fine on ceramic, porcelain, and fiberglass so I am thinking it will be just fine.

WOOHOO! Lots of the paint from the studio is in great shape! I have all my chemicals too! I’m gonna give this a try tomorrow I think and see how it turns out!

Sorry to keep everyone in suspense, but I probably won’t post pictures until the PYO is actually completed though. I might have to try it on a griffin or a dragon as well since I only have one Kirin. *ponders* I don’t want to waste the solution after I make it.

( hehe, it’s fun to keep hinting around but not actually saying what it is I’m up to *evil laugh*)
