Two different color pinks?

I got my laps and one of them is different from the other three. She is a paler (duskier?) pink color… like the pink curled from the first batch. Are they the same color pink and just layered differently? They are beautiful, by the way. I love the way the white blends with the pink. Looks creamy.

With these small batches of limited production things, we have been working out the painting method as we go. You probably got two from one end of the “run” and one from the other.
without a picture I am not sure what quality you are reffering to, but I know wasn’t happy with the way the antique was coming out on some, and I asked the painters to do it much more lightly.So, some of these will be very lightly antiqued, some darker. I may of had them add a little gold shading to some also, I don’t remember now.

Ok, thats probably it. One is more heavily antiqued and does have more gold shading along the wings. Thanks! 🙂

Interesting…..my pink curl is from the first batch, but she’s darker than my pink Lap. 😕

I’m wanting one of the pink laps eventually…but really, I want to see the pics just out of sheer curiosity! 😆 I like comparing different layering techniques for different effects.:D
