But I don’t understand something
How can a private seller charge tax in CA?
I thought you could ONLY charge tax if you where a business with a license to sell in CA.
The taxes someone pays NEEDS to go to the State and you have to be a business to get them there
The only time I have EVER paid taxes on any ebay purchase was when Windstone was in CA and that was because I was buying it directly from the store
So does this mean you have a business license in CA and are paying taxes??
Not trying to cause problems here just wondering??
It’s something I have ALWAYS wondered about livign here not just this transaction

LOl! thank you! I was reading that going,” do i really have to explain this one a THIRD time? I know even Nam explained it one of the times I was asked.

DM, maybe you should take and…write it on a sticky note with my name so you can remember you have asked me this before? no offense dude, it just really starts to grate on the nerves a bit getting asked again…and again.

Like i said in my last answere to this question, if you really think i am wrong… please look up on the BOA CA website and shooow me! I would love to go down to the BOA office and say,” cancel my sellers permit fellas! Here is where it says I can sell art and not charge sales tax in CA!”

alright, griffin is still avalable, unexpected expenditures kept the last bidder from being able to get him 🙂

It probly is going to be next week that i put him up on ebay, so between now and then, if some one would like him for $130 plus shipping/possible tax, you can snag him for that price.
