http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmApril 19, 2009 at 1:16 am #760539Well, last year, a goose made a stop at our place to check out the backyard. Finding it wanting, she/he left.
This year, another one came! First on the fence…
Then down on the pool (darn thing’s frozen – this spot sucks, says the goose).
But! It wasn’t alone this time! It came with a friend, who was the lookout on the neighbour’s roof!
Apparently, my backyard still is not up to goose standards ( :negative: ), so they didn’t stay. The one on the pool side starting honking like crazy, probably telling its friend “We’re outta here, man! The waterhole is still frozen and it’s still as shallow as last year!”

April 19, 2009 at 12:46 pm #760541How fun! I’m always tickled when I see a duck or goose perched on somebody’s roof. 😀
April 20, 2009 at 6:22 am #760542Ah, cool 🙂 I wonder if it’s the same one from last year. I look forward to a similar thread next year 😀

I don’t know either 😛 but I really like having them drop by. The ducks didn’t come this year either 🙁

As long as they stay on the roof. 🙂 I really don’t like stepping in goose dropping or bring chased by an angry goose 👿 :shout: . I live on a lake so it’s perfect geese conditions. Although I do get the watch grow up every year at work (also by a nice size pond) and that is pretty neat. 😛

Sun Dragon Koi #3May 19, 2009 at 2:24 am #760545And another one came! This time, it was exploring the lower roof… The first pic is taken from the bathroom, and the second, from my bedroom. The goose sniffed around the skylight, then went to the other side to size things up.

http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmMay 21, 2009 at 10:18 pm #760548That’s really cool, but it looks like the goose is peaking on you while you get dressed in the bathroom 😮 Does it not respect privacy?
