I’m looking forward to that junk sale…
October 15, 2007 at 6:53 am #587959π Me too!
October 15, 2007 at 12:21 pm #587960Me three!!! For forum members only? π
October 15, 2007 at 1:49 pm #587961A Forum Only Junk Sale. π
Melody could create a new section in the Gallery and put pictures and prices of the items for sale. Then assign a number to each item. Everyone could send an email to Susie with the item numbers that they’d be willing to purchase. Their names would be put into a bucket for each item. After a set time, a name would be pulled from each item’s bucket, then that person would have the oppotunity to buy that item. If the person had changed their mind for any reason, then another name would be drawn.
Probably too time consuming when trying to get organized for a move, but it seemed a fair solution. Maybe I shouldn’t have so many sugar donuts and Mt Dew for breakfast. π
October 15, 2007 at 5:47 pm #587962LOL 2 cups of fully-loaded coffee and I’m right there with you. π
October 15, 2007 at 5:56 pm #587963oh man…..:D:D:D That would be so exciting!! Especially considering the stuff that Melody calls “junk” π

You got beardies! Aren’t they wonderful? Are they babies?

umm…maybe a junk sale.
Yay, Sales!!!! π π
ohh I better start saving now than….I hope that your junk sale ( as you called it Melody) will be available to all the forum members…. πThe junk I’m talking about isn’t anything you’d want, really. I was looking at the piles yesterday. A sampling:: Unicycles,(we’ll probably keep those) old black and white tvs , 20 or 30 large pieces of extra machinery, such as huge band saws, lathes etc., a big ozone chamber, plastic injection machines, a sandblasting chamber (I want to keep that) wheels, casters, piles of old motors, heat treating ovens and kilns,9 old cars, many old trunks, lots of machinery that I can’t identify, piles and piles, I mean MOUNTAINS of boxes full of unknown stuff. And this isn’t even Windstone stuff, this is just stuff. This move will be interesting.
October 15, 2007 at 6:28 pm #587966OK. Well, nevermind then. No wonder you have no room at the factory! π― 9 old cars?

Yeah, the ‘9 old cars’ popped out at me too! π
October 15, 2007 at 7:36 pm #587968Okay, I can probably do without the unicycles. π
Maybe I can come and help you unpack in the new location then. π
October 15, 2007 at 7:41 pm #587969It’s scarey how much stuff you accumulate when you stay in one location for a long time. π
October 15, 2007 at 8:03 pm #587970I wonder what’s in the old trunks? It should be interesting going through all of that stuff….
October 15, 2007 at 9:03 pm #587971I love old trunks, esspecially the old steamer ones. π
October 15, 2007 at 9:18 pm #587972Does this mean us Californians won’t have to pay sales tax anymore!!1 π
