I guess I could, Why not? I was thinking about making all of our things slightly different after the move. Most of this would happen naturally, since we would have all new people, but maybe we could do intentional things to mark the change…
Melody, did you mean that all the staff will be replace? What about Susie and Karen? And all the rest of the wonderful Windstone staff? 😯 🙁

Susie and her family are coming too. We will see if anyone else comes. It will be like starting over again.
November 18, 2007 at 12:51 am #637744That’s not an easy thing to do. I hope for you that most will follow. You have a great staff and it would be sad to start over. 🙁
It’s hard to find good employees these days. Well here where I live anyways. Good luck to you and hope all goes smoothly. 😀November 18, 2007 at 12:56 am #637745It’s hard to move yourself and your family for a job to a new state- been there. 🙁 I’m happy Susie will be following but I don’t blame the others if they do not.

No more Olympia painted specials??
Get them while the getting is good folks!!!November 18, 2007 at 3:47 am #637747Maybe Olimpia can do like Nam does and work remotely. I hope so cause I looooove her stuff, even though I can’t afford any of it, I can still drool at the pictures.
November 18, 2007 at 4:47 am #637748would she have all the equipment it takes to make such wonders?? She has a paint station and EVERYTHING she needs at the factory now. It would cost a lot to get that set up at her house I would think
November 18, 2007 at 6:27 am #637749Yeah, whats gonna happen with Olympia and her open editions?

Get them while the getting is good folks!!!We are planning to set Olimpia up with a set of airbrushes and have her continue to paint special editions, from a home studio.

November 18, 2007 at 11:26 am #637752What a scary/exciting time for all of you. It’s the end of an era. I hope you have a smooth move and I hope all of your workers move on to something fulfilling (and profitable).
One door closes and another one opens…
November 18, 2007 at 1:18 pm #637753Yea, whats that expression- “God doesnt close a door without opening a window.” Something like that.
Im not in the know at the moment- when is this move happening? Last I heard you were scouting places in OR but I havent kept up.
Either way, for everyone involved, I hope all goes as smoothly as possible. It is a scarier time but equally thrilling… either way adrenaline is pumping!
Glad Susie is moving with the company and how wonderful it is that you can set up Olympia like youre going to. So even though I cant afford any of her’s or Nams stuff, YAY that they can work from where ever and produce drool pieces…er… I mean special editions. 😀
