Just an idea… but maybe we should have a poll on what the next pink dragon should be? This way, the most popular vote will show Melody which one she should focus on… if she decides to do more that is. 8)

Curies did well for a few reasons:
-They’re affordable, so many people collect them (and want every one made)
-They’re really cute
-They’re affordable. No really- it’s easier to drop $60 out of a paycheck every few weeks for a curlie, than say $200 for a larger sculpt when “the pink is so cute.. but… maybe not $200 cute” 😉Must admit, this was why I got the one I did. I’m not wild about pink, but I was curious as to how it might look, and the budget could afford (with some creaking) the curlie. Any other sculpt? Prolly not– it’d really have to be a superspectacular or bizarre paintjob that grabbed me. 🙂

I think fledgies would go through the roof.
September 27, 2007 at 8:43 pm #620997I posted a poll in General Windstone…have at it!
September 27, 2007 at 10:25 pm #620998You are awesome! 😀
September 28, 2007 at 12:00 am #620999Some smaller dragons would look good pink maybe even a Lap but please no Emperor. O.k. I am going to duck now.

I want to at least SEE what the Emp would look like! They’re often so much more colorful than other sculpts of the same color (my pea Emp is sooo much prettier than my other peacocks). Just one. C’mon. There are sooo many test paints, what’s one more?? 8) 😆

And pink is a light color. If they didn’t like it, they could paint over it with something else. 🙂
September 28, 2007 at 1:32 pm #621002I personally think the Emperor would look nice in that shell pink color. He would be beautiful with green eyes or pale yellow eyes.
September 28, 2007 at 1:56 pm #621003Ew… The only sculpts I would really have any interest for myself in the shell pink would be the fledgie and mother coiled really…some of the larger ones may look good in pink but the two sculpts I just mentioned are the ones I’d have to buy for myself.
September 28, 2007 at 3:41 pm #621004I think Nam is right. I only bought the curlie because I’m a curlie collector, not because I like the color. I wouldn’t buy it on any other sculpt, except maybe Spectrals because I collect all the Spectrals…
October 3, 2007 at 6:41 pm #621005I don’t think they would be a very popular production color, but i would love, love to have a fledgeling in pink, and actually I think a coiled mother dragon with the egg would be amazing, especially for mother’s day or as a gift for new mothers. I would buy at least one of two of the mothers as gifts…and one for myself! 😀
Keeper of the Fledgings
October 3, 2007 at 9:15 pm #621006I’m not sure I’m ready to see a Pink Emperor but if anyone could make me LOVE him Melody would be the one!! Is Pink going to replace Ruby???
October 3, 2007 at 9:17 pm #621007Throwing out my 2 cents too just cause I’d most definitely but a Pink Lap and a Pink Fledgie!
I think the royal hatchers would be adorable in pink too. Maybe even the hatching emperor in a light pearly blue with those royal blue eyes! hehe! SO CUTE!

You do know that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month? I am going to bring my Pink Curl to show all the girls tomorrow and we are going to pick a day at work to wear our pink t-shirts.
How cool is it that you made Pink Dragons in time for October?
Very Neat!!!
