The flooring is in!

That looks great. A few years ago I had the carpeting taken out of the bedrooms (it was a plushy white and after a few years looked bad even after it was cleaned) and tile put in. Now the entire house is tile and much easier to keep clean. I couldn’t match the tile in the living, dining, den and hallways so I went with as close a color match as possible. The builder put a 16″ X 4″ that looks like wood and I used an 18″ tile that has a marbled affect but is almost exactly the same color.

It looks great 🙂 And I’m in awe at how clean and open your house looks! He he, I have that same Ikea lounge chair on your husband’s side. It’s pretty comfy 🙂

This is not a wood floor (as in hardwood), but laminate. It’s basically half the price and easier to lay out ourselves.
