Yeah, they look kinda neat without paint, especially since the black base coat refuses to come off entirely, so they get this mottled look. But trust me, when I am done with him, he’s going to be really pretty.

I like him as is too. 😆 But I have no doubt Kyrin will make him look even better with color.

Okay, here’s a WIP of the paint job. The area on his belly that appears extra white doesn’t have the sparkly paint on it right now, since I had to do the edges on the leg feathers, but it won’t look like that later, I promise.

Ooooh, I’d love it if Windstone came out with a white oriental with those golden-orange, firey colors as highlights. That would be beautiful and different 🙂
