If the EEG ( s ) are/is normal, this might be something to look for, My MRI was from the top down, and the ones that show these are side views it seems. Thanks for the info, I’ll add it to my list.

I had a grand mal seizure at work due to low blood sugar, but they had to rule out lat onset epilepsy. But you have my sympathies w/ the seizes. I’ve only had the one, and it is an experience I never wish to repeat.

Sun Dragon Koi #3December 2, 2013 at 4:14 am #905965Well repeating it 6 times in a week is terrifying, i had one the other night that woke me from my sleep. Due to my night terrors I taught myself to wake myself up when something isn’t right, and I awoke to find My arms were shaking , and my hands trashing, and could not move a bit, so I just closed my eyes, prayed for it to stop and fell back to sleep.

I was at work, and irrationally angry (low blood sugar) and got into a fight w/ my boss. I remember my arm starting to twitch uncontrollably and I called out for help b/c I knew something bad was happening. I have been told I collapsed and seized for several minuets. They took me to the hospital—which gave me the wrong person’s results. My doctor was livid when I drove myself to the office b/c the hospital said I could drive the next day. They told me I had a fainting spell b/c they were looking at the wrong chart.
One of the guys at work has a wife who has epilepsy. He assured me it was a seizure. He was also the one who took charge when I collapsed. I can’t imagine going through that frequently. I don’t know if you have had this experience but I had to relearn how to do certain things. I knew how to do them in my head, but it was like my body couldn’t remember how to do the physical act. It was alarming and frustrating. Once I did it, it seemed like the brain/body connection had been re-established, but I never knew what I wouldn’t able to “remember” how to do.
Hugs. And know you have people here who are in your corner.

I’m gonna TRY to ride my bike tomorrow morning, I guess we’ll see how it goes, the snow’s startin to fall and we are under a winter storm watch.
