June 20, 2007 at 12:22 pm #591003We’ve actually seen those before, but on another online auction. I think Griffines found them originally.
June 20, 2007 at 1:17 pm #591004Yeah I’ve seen them before on Ebay too. Looks like those super-pearly cheap ceramics you’d find in a dollar store!
Forever seeking: Blackwatch the raffle Old Warrior, Jennifer Miller's pieces, and GB Baby unis!
June 20, 2007 at 1:45 pm #591005Ugh. I sent it to John, though he may not get it for a while. Thanks for the sharp eyes, everyone.

June 20, 2007 at 3:36 pm #591007Hmm, if it was purchased in the 70’s would that mean that they have that wrong or Windstone didn’t have the original eye?

The original eye?
They must have been made after the original scratchers were.

Whoops, I mean’t Original Idea. No, Windstone had the original idea, and own a registered copyright on it.
The seller is probably just trying to attract the buyers that prefer ‘vintage’ items. Or, perhaps the person that she bought them from lied to make them seem vintage. This is unfortunate but it does happen.Volunteer mod- I'm here to help! Email me for the best response: nambroth at gmail.com
