I have carpenter bees that like to make holes in my house siding. I wish they were in the yard instead!
Wow! Ive never seen anything like that. We have cicadas here, but they don’t show up until June/July when its VERY hot. Living in Texas my whole life, and growing up with the sound of them buzzing in the summer, its like a soundtrack for the heat. I think the temperature would drop a few degrees if they stopped chirping (just kidding 😉 )
