I have a suggestion about the members that paint PYOs. 😀
What if Windstone created a sticky in the ‘Paint-Your-Own Windstone’ section of the forum (this one) and in that sticky (named Members’ PYOs) members that paint could open one single thread/post in each of their names and post their PYO as they go.
Example: in that sticky (Members’ PYOs) Arlla would open a Thread/post, name it ‘Arlla’s PYOs’ and in that thread/post she would post all her PYOs as they are done.
Ski could open a post ‘skigod377’s PYOs’ with the PYO she made and all post them there. And so on…
This way they would all be grouped in one place (one single post for each member). I think it would be easier for all of us to find it and it would also be easier on the forum (correct me if I’m wrong). I did notice that not all members post their PYO in the PYO gallery section.
The same could be applied for the regular windstones.
😐 What do you think? Nam I would really like your opinion on this.Hehe, I can’t decide something like that, only the bosses can. I’ll ask them what they think when they get back from Oregon. 🙂

I can’t post anymore in the gallery…for some reason it won’t let me…even if I delete pictures already in there….
and it was on my nerves trying to figure it out…I tried removing stuff re arranging stuff…and changing picture sizes…then said thppppt…
I dont like the sticky idea, but the rest is fine w/me. Some folks may not want to update their topic all the time or go searching for it when they have something to post, but I dont mind it too much.
Duh, I just re-read what you wrote. I thought you wanted to make another sub forum just for PYO photos. Hmm, the sticky idea is an interesting one, but I’d be worried about loading time on it, if it was a thread of lots and lots of photos. Plus, you guys like to talk about what you see… “That’s pretty, do you take commissions?” Etc. That, and no one would know when someone else edited their post to add new photos (edits don’t make the topic marked as ‘new messages’). What do you guys think of this?

I meant it to be just like the Birthday list post. We would not chat about it in that post, it would be just for the pictures of the PYO we make. Some of you already use a post to put the PYO you personally make. The difference is that it would be easier to find and view, also update.
If someone wants to make a coment about it they can always open another thread. To find out if a thread would be updated one could put updated Oct 3rd for example: Thread named “Arlla’s PYOs Updated Oct 23rd page 6” That way we would know the page it was uptaded.Sounds kinda confusing to me 😕 Does that mean I’d have to start a new thread if I wanted to comment on a dragon that Ski posted? 😕

I don’t think it’s dumb. It’s a good idea. Just don’t make one for mine. I like it when mine gets burried. 😆

😀 Thank you KoishiiKitty, that is exactly what I was trying to say. (being french sometimes makes it difficult) Each Artists would make their onw PYO thread/post for pictures so if Romeodanny chooses not to have one that is his choice. Nobody would post one for him. Choices must be respected.
