    Well, there’s always the reverse, instead of being on the defensive, take the offensive. When she starts b*tching at ya, just say, “I love you, Mom.” How can she argue with that?

          Working out releases endorphins in your body which improves your mood, and generally make you feel more at peace. It also gives you a sense of confidence, and helps you handle stress a lot better! 😀

          Unfortunately, I don’t think that will happen. I’ve been in two major car accidents since then and I walk with a cane some of the time because my hip is not right. This morning I woke up with my back out (between my shoulder blades) and it’s all I can do to sit here and type. I try to work out at Curves sometimes, but it’s hard and painful. And sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow it, but I try.

          ok so stress is actually ending up hurting me physically now..aka my chest is killing me..my head hurts and i just want a place to hide for the week but i have no friends willing to hide me><

            Yeh…stress sucks…I overhauled my life basically 4 years ago…I try to workout everyday, eat reasonably well, and I take those Emergan-C packets, at least once a day. I haven’t gotten sick in over 3 years, and I work in a school…if you cant workout, eat a bit better and try those vitamin C packs… you’ll feel better….
