I was going to suggest Windstones to my manager. But, I don’t think they would go for it. Also I can just see customers breaking them, or insisting that the Emperor has a sign of $5.99 on it. 🙄
The only chain store in my area that I might ACTUALLY try is Hallmark. There is a wide range in quality depending on location for the Hallmark stores. There was one Hallmark that carried really high end stuff, like Cathernes paperweights that are almost $400. They closed down or moved a couple of years back…I have to do the scouting again…I’ve just been on Ebay too long 😀

-The emp that DM found for me 😀 ~$200 was a pretty nifty deal for an emp with just two tiny chips and some paint rubs.
-I found a MIB hatching peacock empress at my local windstone store for $60 last June.
-I bought a broken flion and pig gargoyle a while back for $40 each I think it was… but still haven’t gotten around to fixing them. The Flion needs a few toes resculpted, and the gargoyle needs his wing put back together.
-That jade scratcher for $200. I wouldn’t call that a SUPER deal, but it was ok. He’ll probably be worth plenty more in a few years. Hopefully he gets here in one piece though.That’s about it for me.
